This Returns & Exchanges policy forms part of the ZIIBA website Terms and Conditions.

Faulty products

At ZIIBA all of our items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. We use a comprehensive Quality Assurance process to ensure items are not faulty or damaged before being despatched. If you believe the product has been damaged whilst in transit you will need to contact ZIIBA upon receipt of the item. This however is very unlikely due to our packaging method. If this is the case, ZIIBA will happily provide you with a replacement or credit however we will not provide a refund.

You must keep all of the original packing material and we will provide you with further directions once the product is received. The fault or damage will be investigated without delay. Please note in some instances you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage before an item can be returned. Please also note that due to the limited supply of some products the item that you have purchased may no longer be available and in this situation you will have the option to exchange or receive a refund in the case of a faulty item only. Please note ZIIBA will not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged by the consumer: i.e. if care instructions have not been read carefully and followed.

If you believe you have received a faulty item you need to:
Contact us immediately via email at customerservice@ziiba.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the product where further information will be given.
You will need to provide proof of purchase so make sure you have a copy of your invoice on hand.
We will supply you with further instructions and investigate the fault or damage immediately upon receipt.
We will organise the return of the faulty or damaged product to ZIIBA. Please note that products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. Products must not have been worn, if deemed worn once returned to ZIIBA a refund will not be given.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Non faulty products: Exchange for size only

At ZIIBA we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. So it’s important to us that you purchase carefully as ZIIBA does not provide a refund for change of mind goods. We do however allow you to exchange the size of an item.

To exchange a product or for a credit note you need to:
You must contact us to report the request to exchange the size of the product within 48 hours from the date you receive your order at customerservice@ziiba.com.au.
You will need to provide proof of purchase so make sure you have a copy of your invoice on hand.
The item must be returned to ZIIBA within 3 days of where the exchange has been accepted by us. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to ZIIBA and all charges are acquired at your expense. It is a ZIIBA requirement that the items are returned using Registered Post with the appropriate insurance to ensure the items are secure in transit as ZIIBA accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once the item has been received our Quality Assurance process will be used to ensure that the product has not been worn, tampered with or in any way damaged. Products must be returned to ZIIBA in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
Once the exchange has been processed you will be supplied with the new size or if your size is not available a ZIIBA credit voucher. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.

Sale items

Please note that at ZIIBA sale items, discounted or promotional items are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Returns are not permitted on the following items:
Sale items
Jewellery
Hats
Scarves
Undergarments
Belts

Return restrictions:
Footwear - Exchange will be permitted for a different size of the same item as long as item has not been worn, tampered with and is in its original condition and meets the exchange guidelines.
Handbags - no returns allowed
